1. Lessons are to be paid for at least 3 days in advance before the course starts so that students are able to reserve their seats and their rights in case of receiving the promotional price.
2. All courses do not include equipment and learning materials costs.
3. Tuition fees are non-refundable according to the school refund policy.

1. Payment can be made via 2 methods; bank transfer and deduction of money from credit/debit cards.
2. If paying via bank transfer, the payment confirmation slip must be sent to NS. To notify your transfer, please click on the button ‘’transfer money notification’’ on the website homepage.
3. After making payment and submitting the evidence, NS will check the payment and confirm students’ registration.

Absence

For group class

• Please adhere to the school schedule, as there will be no make-up class for the group enrollment.
• In case students are unable to attend the class according to the schedule, they can take the make-up class by attending the class on a different time/day, but students must notify the school to reserve their seats in advance. If students are unable to attend the make-up class on a different time/day, they are considered as absent or missed the class without exercising their rights.

For private class

• Lessons can be cancelled for 2 times with at least 24-hour cancellation notice. However, if students are absent more than 2 times, the lesson will be forfeit, with no re-scheduling.
• Change of schedule must depend on the suitability of teachers and the date and time that the class can be opened for students.

Request for a leave of absence

• Students can apply for a leave of absence by filling out a leave form and stating their reasons and evidence why they need to take time away from their studies, and submit it to the NS staffs.
• When the break is over and students haven’t returned to their classes or have lost contact with the school, within 30 days, the school assumes that students have been disqualified and NS will notify students via email or SMS.

For group class:

• The lesson will be forfeit if students are neither able to attend the class by the date and time of the registration nor the make-up class.

For private class:

• If students are absent more than 2 times, the lesson will be forfeit and students will be charged for the lesson.

If students are unable to attend the enrolled course because of any emergency or in unavoidable circumstances (e.g. Illness), they may preserve their right to a full refund by submitting reliable evidences to NS staffs at least 7 days before the course starts.
